Fuschia

We have had our Solar Gem Greenhouse for about 6 years and truely enjoy it. We have wintered over many of our baskets (saving a fortune). We have found that taking them apart in the fall makes it easier to take care of. Then we re-plant in the late winter or early spring - depending on the flowers. My question is when is it best to take cuttings of the fuschia? Thanks in advance for your help.
